How it works
- Choose the hat base.
- Compose colors, bands and details.
- We secure and finish the piece for you to take home.
Reservation & cancellation
2–3 hats: $2,500 MXN each. 4–7 hats: $2,000 each. 8–11 hats: $1,800 each. Groups of 12 or more are quoted from $1,700 per hat. A 50% deposit confirms the date. One date change is available with at least 7 days’ notice; special materials already purchased are non-refundable.
Optional extras & transport
Premium feathers, chains, charms, embroidery, initials, burning or branding, upgraded hats, additional décor, drinks, photography and travel outside the included area can be quoted separately.

Reservation & cancellation
A $3,000 MXN booking credit confirms the visit and is fully applied to purchases. If no purchase is made, it covers the private service, setup and transport. One reschedule is available with more than 24 hours’ notice; with less than 24 hours or a no-show, the credit is non-refundable.
Optional extras & transport
Travel is included in Tulum Centro, Aldea Zama and La Veleta. Zona Hotelera and other areas are quoted according to distance, access and parking.

Reservation & cancellation
A $3,000 MXN booking credit confirms the consultation and is applied to the final order. After approving the proposal, payment is completed up to 50%; the balance is due before delivery. One fitting or adjustment is included. Custom pieces are final sale.
Optional extras & transport
Alterations to existing designs usually require 3–7 business days; designs from scratch usually require 7–15 business days. Timing depends on fabric, complexity and production load. Embroidery, rush work, complex development and shipping are quoted separately.
