EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
At Cefiro Clothing, we want you to enjoy each garment as much as we enjoy creating it. If you need to make an exchange or return, please carefully read the conditions detailed below.
Exchanges
- Items purchased at full price can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts are final sale and do not qualify for exchanges.
How to request an exchange? Send an email to contacto@cefiro.com.mx with your full name, order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
Important: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Cefiro does not cover shipping expenses associated with the return or the new shipment of the item.
Products that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.
Returns
- Returns apply only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 72 hours after delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified and with original tags.
How to initiate a return? Write to us at contacto@cefiro.com.mx with the order number, a brief description of the defect and clear photos of the product. Once approved, we will send you instructions to complete the process.
Note: In cases of returns due to manufacturing defects, Cefiro will cover shipping costs. If the return is not due to a defect (for example, change of mind or size), shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days from when we receive the item.
- Credit card payments will be reflected in your next statement.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the original account within the same timeframe.
