These Terms, together with published policies (returns, privacy, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and Cefiro, replacing previous agreements.

Section 18 – Return Policy

Period We offer a return period of 30 days from delivery of the order. You must notify your intention within that period through one of our channels.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, with tags and in original packaging.
• Returns of damaged or used products will not be accepted.
• In cases of defect, shipping costs will be at our expense; if the return is without defect, costs are borne by the customer.

Procedure

• Contact us to initiate the process.
• In case of refund: it will be made by transfer or reversal, according to your payment method, within 7-10 business days after receiving the product at our facilities.
• In case of exchange: subject to availability. If there is no equivalent product, a coupon valid for 6 months will be issued.

Section 19 – Applicable Law

For interpretation and compliance with these Terms, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico], waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
