Shipping within Mexico

• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
• During certain times or special promotions, we offer free shipping (we’ll indicate this in the store).
• All shipments are made through DHL Express, with tracking and reliable delivery.
• Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days after payment confirmation and product availability verification.

Shipping to United States and Canada

• Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
• We offer free shipping on orders of 5 items or more.
• We use DHL Express as our courier service to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

• Cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
• All international shipments are processed through DHL Express.
• Estimated delivery: 10 to 20 business days, subject to location and customs processes in the destination country.

International Shipping Conditions – DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

• All orders outside Mexico are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.
• This means that taxes, duties and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• As the buyer, you will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees when your order enters the destination country.
• These additional costs will be collected by the courier company at the time of delivery.
• Important: We cannot anticipate or cover these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before making your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time.

Processing Time

Please note that all our garments are handmade. Orders typically require 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping. Custom or personalized items may require additional time.
